I had a specific question about my reservation, at first the bot replied with a standard answer but that didn’t answer my question so Florian emailed me and apologized for the automatic response and she gave me the information that I needed.
Used them for years. Never been disjointed. However would say, watch what you actually get when you get to the shop. You can pay more for the very basic selection of skis.
Never had issue taking kit back for replacement if needed.
