The booking process and customer support were great. The price seemed very competitive, and hopefully, the collection and return process will be just as good.
I had a specific question about my reservation, at first the bot replied with a standard answer but that didn’t answer my question so Florian emailed me and apologized for the automatic response and she gave me the information that I needed.
