Rented equipment in Kaprun for kids and adults - team was very friendly, fast and helpful, child 7 y.o got full ski+boots+poles+helmet for free (it was easter promo).

The whole process was simple. Upon arrival we were in and out of the gore shop in 20min and I saved about 50% on the costs of going direct.
