The staff at Sport Beat in downtown Flims were always polite and helpful. I was welcome to change skis when needed to suit changing snow conditions. The skis provided were current-year models and in good condition.

My holidays was cancelled and I was able to cancel my ski hire and receive a refund without jumping through all the hoops. I would rather go snow skiing but that was life flying Emirates via Dubai.
